Majolica Fish Ornament – Majolica-style pottery can be found in a few different countries, but none may be as well known as the Talavera style. The state of Talavera, located in southern Mexico, carries on an age-old tradition of gorgeously painted pottery. Inspired by the bright colors and whimsical designs, we created this beautiful fish ornament made from blown glass to adorn your tree.
STORING GLASS BULBS
Each bulb is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Poland. Each ornament starts as a mold crafted from clay and casted into metal. These molds are then used as vehicles to shape into blown glass figures. Expert painters often spend hours carefully painting and detailing each piece with delicate hands.
Because of the nature of blown glass ornaments, it is recommended to keep them stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the life of the ornament by storing in rigid boxes filled with padding. Please note that these ornaments are not toys and can break if mishandled, causing injury.
