Refund policy
We take great care to communicate the specifications of our products. Our products are sold on an “as is” basis. We do not offer refunds for products that are as described on our website. However, in a rare case that a product arrives damaged or significantly different than as described, we do offer refunds or exchanges.
Kenzies of London accepts returns within 7 business days for damaged ornaments only. Please contact us at info@kenziesoflondon.com to initiate a return. Once we receive the product at the studio, we will notify you via email and issue a refund of the purchase price, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items purchased at a discounted price or personalized are final sale.
Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
