Wholesale Reseller Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Reseller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all wholesale purchases from Kenzies of London (“KOL,” “we,” “our”).
By placing a wholesale order, submitting a wholesale application, or reselling our products, the Buyer/Wholesaler (“Retailer,” “you”) agrees to the following:

1. Eligibility & Account Approval

Wholesale accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Kenzies of London. We reserve the right to refuse any account or order for any reason without notice and at any time that compromises the integrity, luxury positioning, or brand protection of Kenzies of London, or for violation of our terms and conditions.

2. Customer Ownership & Direct Communication Policy

By selling our products, retailer accepts and acknowledges that:

• All customers acquired by the Retailer are the Retailer’s customers, not customers of Kenzies of London.

• While Kenzies of London ships products to the Retailer’s end customer when applicable, all customer communication, issues, disputes, and service needs must be handled solely by the Retailer.

• Retailer’s customers are not permitted to contact Kenzies of London directly for any reason.

• Any attempt to redirect customer inquiries to Kenzies of London may lead to termination of wholesale privileges.

3. Selling Channels

Authorized Channels

Retailers may sell Kenzies of London products only through:

• A physical retail storefront

• The Retailer’s own standalone branded website

• Facebook and Instagram Shops

Prohibited Online Sales Channels

Retail partners are strictly prohibited from selling Kenzies of London products on any third-party marketplace, including but not limited to:

• eBay

• Amazon

• Etsy

• TikTok Shop (Without Explicit Consent from Kenzies of London)
  
  

• Walmart Marketplace

• Any consignment or mass-market online platform

Products may only be sold through the Retailer’s own channels unless explicit written authorization is granted by Kenzies of London.

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of wholesale privileges

• Cancellation of pending orders

• Revocation of future purchasing rights

4. Shipping & Handling

• Retailer pays for shipping in full for all wholesale orders.

• Processing and fulfillment will occur within 7 business days.

  • If additional time is required, KOL will notify the Retailer promptly.

• Backorders are not allowed. Only in-stock items may be ordered.
  

• Kenzies of London does not guarantee delivery dates. We do not resend products lost in the mail without proof of missing items. Retailers providing estimated delivery dates are at the discretion of the retailer. Kenzies of London is not bound by those terms offered by the retailer. 

5. Damages, Claims & Returns

Damages

Due to the delicate nature of hand-crafted glass, all damages must be reported:

• Within 5 days of delivery

• With clear photos of the product and packaging

Replacements only. No refunds will be issued.

Returns

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges for overstock, unsold items, or buyer’s remorse.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All designs, artwork, molds, ornament concepts, product names, illustrations, and photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Kenzies of London.

Retailer agrees that:

• They may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commission similar designs based on Kenzies of London products.

• They may not request another manufacturer to replicate or imitate KOL’s designs.

• They may not use KOL imagery or branding for unrelated promotions or third-party advertising.

Any infringement will result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges and may lead to legal action.

7. Brand Representation Standards

To preserve brand integrity:

• Retailers must present Kenzies of London products in a clean, luxury-appropriate manner.

• Retailers may use official Kenzies of London product photography provided or available publicly; custom photography must maintain a luxury aesthetic aligned with the brand.

• The Kenzies of London name and logo may not be altered, recolored, stretched, or stylized in any unauthorized way.

Kenzies of London reserves the right to request removal of imagery or listings that misrepresent the brand.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is received and processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

• Any request for modification must be approved by KOL in writing and is not guaranteed.

9. Termination of Wholesale Account

Kenzies of London may revoke wholesale privileges at any time, without refund, for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Selling on prohibited marketplaces

• Violating IP or brand standards

• Redirecting customers to KOL

• Abusive or inappropriate communication

• Actions that damage the integrity, luxury positioning, or reputation of the brand

10. Pricing 

Kenzies of London reserves the right to update wholesale pricing and profit margins at any time without warning to the retailer. 

11. Agreement

By purchasing Kenzies of London products at wholesale, the Retailer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all Wholesale Reseller Terms & Conditions. These Terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
